Return & Refund Policy

Returns (Clothing Only)

We offer a 14-day return policy for clothing items from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in its original condition and packaging
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

• Beauty and cosmetic products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This right does not apply to sealed beauty products that have been opened after delivery, or to items that have been used, worn, or damaged after receipt.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue. We will review the case and offer an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refund processing may take up to 10 business days
• Additional processing times may apply depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
